Topic:

This afternoon we would like to focus on PE and Music. We would also like you to have a go at some French if you have time.

PE

As we know how many of you love the PE lessons so it is time for some exercise! It’s so important to keep fit and active when we are stuck at home.

PE Task 1:

Take a look at these activities from our PE coaches.

PE Task 3

Try some of the 10 minute shake up routines on to your favourite Disney film. https://www.nhs.uk/10-minute-shake-up/shake-ups

Remember to only do what you can. If an exercise is too tricky you can change it for another one and you can always do a mini warm up before getting started.

Gymnastics with Amelie

Amelie has created a fantastic gymnastics video to show you. Keeping fit is really important and Amelie has lots of fun putting her practised moves into a routine to music. Some of these moves are tricky and dangerous without the correct guidance and training so please do not copy. However, if you would like to create your own routine to music and send in please do.
