Grace carried on until Mrs Linden faded into the distance.  A few minutes later, she turned and sped back to where Mr Linden was.

          Grace picked up the restricted book and The Diary of Anne Frank.  Tentatively, she ripped the front and back of the diary off and swapped it for the front and back of the forbidden novel.
