Over half term we would like you to focus on article 31 from the UN Rights of the child.
Article 31 - Rest, play, culture and arts
This article focuses on play as a way of relaxing and switching off from the every day stresses of the wider world.
Below is a selection of activities to have a go at. But by all means find other ways to relax.
1. Play board games and card games with your family.
2. Read- Remember reading is a great way to relax and escape into new imaginary worlds. You can read anything from school books (books and online), recipe books, comics, books from home, newspapers, leaflets, online research, fiction, non-fiction, poetry.
3. Have a go at the Lego challenge sheet (below). Pick a number between 1-30 and have a go at that challenge.
4 Look at the 'Non Screen Activities' sheet (below) and try some of the activities
Remember the TT Rockstars competition between the classes. Every time you play you score points for your class.
Have a wonderful half term and we will see you all on zoom/in class soon.
