As a community school we are proud to be able to work with local groups and organisations, and where possible, hire out our premises for community use. 

Organisations seeking to hire the school premises should approach the School Business Manager who will identify their requirements and clarify the facilities available. An Initial Request Form (please find a copy below) should be completed at this stage. The Headteacher will consider the booking request and put his/her recommendations to the Chair of the Finance Committee. The Governing Body has the right to refuse an application and interested parties should be advised that no letting should be regarded as “booked” until approval has been given in writing. No public announcement of any activity or function taking place should be made by the organisation concerned until the booking has been formally confirmed.
