This week please complete the following tasks:

• Using any materials you have at home (i.e. junk/playdough/selotape) design and build a bridge as a WOW starter to our English and History Topic on Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
• Read the powerpoint on Isambard Kingdom Brunel and write down at least three interesting facts that you have learned. Also write down two questions you would have for Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
• Dictionary skills - Look at the Dictionary word document and order the words alphabetically in a list. Research the meaning of any words you do not understand or know the meaning of.
• Look at the pdf called 'The Features of a non-fiction page'. Can you identify these features on the text:
