Day 1 - Wednesday 16th September 2026

We arrived safely, unpacked and enjoyed a well-deserved lunch before getting stuck into our first day of activities.

The children had a fantastic time taking part in a range of exciting activities, including abseiling, mountain biking, buggy building and the fantasy trail. There was plenty of laughter, teamwork and lots of new challenges to conquer!

After dinner, everyone had the chance to let loose at the disco, where the children danced the evening away. We finished the day with some lovely, warming hot chocolate before heading off to bed.

What a brilliant first day - we can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!

 

Day 2 - Thursday 17th September 2026

We kicked off the morning down at Kilve Beach. The children turned into professional paleontologists, scouring the shore and working brilliantly as a team. The excitement was electric when they struck gold, uncovering real-life ammonites and devil's toe-nails!

After refueling at lunchtime, it was full steam ahead into a packed afternoon of action sports and challenges. The group tackled mountain biking, braved the heights with abseiling, navigated the twists and turns of the fantasy trail, and put their heads together for some ingenious buggy building.

What better way to cap off an action-packed day than around a crackling campfire? The kids enjoyed toasted marshmallows, warm hot chocolate, and a hearty round of sing-alongs before heading off to dreamland.

Day 3 - Friday 18th September 2026

Day three shifted into high gear with a heavy focus on collaboration. The morning started with tricky puzzle games weaving through the maze, testing communication and strategy.

Things culminated in a massive, high-stakes tug of war match! The level of teamwork, loud encouragement, and sheer collective effort on display was phenomenal to see.

We finished off our adventure with a filling lunch and then loaded onto the coach for the journey back to school.  There were lots of tired children as we headed back, a sign of a fabulous adventure!  Well done Year 4!!
