Over the next few days, we'll be looking at statistics. Today, we'll recap how to make tally charts and draw pictograms. You may recall learning some of this in Year 2. Watch the White Rose videos below and then complete the two worksheets on tally charts and pictograms.

Yesterday, we looked at nouns and verbs.
Today, we would like you to complete the first part of 'The Adjective Game' on pages 11 and 12.
Using the table or your blended learning booklets, write a list of nouns (object, place, person) in the left hand column, then create a list of adjectives to describe these nouns in the right hand column.
You can use the Adjective Mat below to help you.

Challenge: find exciting synonyms for the adjectives you have found using a thesaurus.

At the end of yesterday's lesson, we left Joseph just as he was sent to prison. Today, we will continue to hear Joseph's story and learn about an important meeting between him and Pharaoh.
