Quick task 1 - 3 lines of your handwriting book

 

Task 2:

Today's English focus is using plurals.

Recap what we previously have learned by looking at the PowerPoint below.

In your home learning book write the singular words below with the plural next to it

example cat - cats

bus - buses

peach - peaches

Challenge:

Pick two of the plural words and write a sentence for each.

 

Maths:

Today we are looking at counting in 2s.

Look at the PowerPoint below called 'counting in 2s'.

 

Task:

Go around the house finding objects in 2s and counting them.

Some ideas of things to count (shoes, pairs of socks, 2p coins)

Look at the number square if you are stuck (below)

History:

Today we will be looking at how London was rebuilt after the  Great Fire of London.

Please look at the PowerPoint below and then do some of your own research on how London was rebuilt after the fire.

 

After your research, draw a picture in your home learning book of a house or street in London and label the things that are  different. For example houses made of stone, wide streets etc.)
