Maths:

LO: What is a Fraction?

We are going to revise our work on fractions.  Work through the PowerPoint, answering any questions in your workbook.

Then complete the questions on the handout. The first sheet gives the easiest challenge, the second is Expected level and the third Greater Depth. Choose your challenge! Remember you can do more than one of the levels if you wish.

If, after you have marked against the answers, you are finding it tricky, email us and we will send you some additional practise.

Perfect Pizzas!

In DT this week, we are going to design and make our own Pizzas! Use the attached sheet, or the headings on the sheet, to decide what type of pizza you are going to make (make sure you use ingredients you already have at home).  If you cannot make the dough, perhaps you could use a slice of bread and make Pizza Toast?

Once you have made your Pizza, write a 'What you will need' section and the 'Method' (instructions). Once you have eaten your pizza, remember to evaluate it. What did it look like? How did it taste? What would you change?

If you are able to take photos and add them to your book that would be great too!

Topic: Complete the fact sheet about Italy
