This week is Children's Mental Health Week. It is really important to understand not only how we can look after our physical health, but also our mental health. We will be looking at this again next week too.
Just as we would look after ourselves if we broke our arm, we need to look after ourselves if our mind is not feeling its best or is not making us happy. Talking about how you feel to a trusted adult is a good place to start.
