Bonjour la classe,
Ça va? How are you?
I hope you are keeping your French up. We are going to focus on French sounds. You know that there are sounds that English shares with French. To refresh your French sounds, listen to this ABC song. Listen carefully and wave when you hear a sound we share. Next, focus on a single French sound “oi”. The “oi” powerpoint has lots of pictures and sounds to help you learn the sound you need and explore lots of new words that have this sound. There are also a couple of activities for you to do. Don't forget to test yourself with a Kim's Game. Enjoy this learning.
Bon courage, Madame Ferguson
PS Don’t forget all the French clips for you in the Video Resource Centre. Go to Chidren, select Video Resource Centre and find the Year 3 & Year 4 video clips.
