Bonjour la classe,
Ça va? How are you?
I hope you are keeping your French up. This time we are continuing our learning about the beach. Last time you saw a powerpoint that showed you pictures of beaches in France, what you would need to go rockpooling and what you would find in a rockpool. You watched the Neo et Swan “pêche à la mer” and found out what they found in the rockpools of Corsica (Corse). You may have played Kim’s Game and spotted the missing creature. But this time consider what other activities you might you do at the beach. Watch the video clip: Les activités à la mer when a class visits a beach in Brittany, France.
Your activity is a speaking activity to express an opinion, tell me what you like (J’aime) and what you don’t like (Je n’aime pas) to do at the beach. Enjoy this learning.
Bon courage, Madame Ferguson
PS Don’t forget all the French: À la plage (Beach) clips for you in the Video Resource Centre. Go to HOME LEARNING, go right down to the bottom and select Video Resource Centre and find the French: À la plage. Don’t forget the French Year R/Y1/Y2 video clips.
