This year, our whole school theme is 'Alice in Wonderland' by Lewis Carroll.
As the book is quite long and would be tricky to read in one day, we thought it would be easier to read through the PowerPoint below instead.
TASK 1: Read through the story of Alice in Wonderland.
TASK 2: Complete the comprehension activity. Choose your level of difficulty - 1 star is the easiest, 3 stars is the most challenging.
TASK 3: Hot seat some different characters from the story. If you could ask them any question, what would it be. Come up with a two lists of questions for two different characters in the story. Keep your questions open not closed. In other words, ask questions where the answer has to be more than yes or no. For example, how did you feel when you were tumbling down the well for the first time?
TASK 4: Choose one of your lists and now answer the questions in character. Remember to give detailed, appropriate answers.
